Warm Homes: Local Grant
For homes in Devon
The Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme is a government funded scheme to reduce the energy bills of low-income households living in poorly performing homes.
It will fund home improvement measures including: double glazing, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, draught proofing, air source heat pumps, heating controls, insulated doors and solar PV.
This scheme started in April 2025 and set to run for 3-5 years.
This scheme is open to households who have a low income (as defined by the scheme) and have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of D or below.
