For homes in Devon
The Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme is a government funded scheme to reduce the energy bills of low-income households living in poorly performing homes.
It funds home improvement measures including: double glazing, cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, air source heat pumps, insulated doors and solar PV.
This scheme is open to households who have a low income (as defined by the scheme) and have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of D or below.
This scheme started in April 2025 and set to run for 3 years.
