Treneath, Ogwell retrofit

We wanted to make our 1930s bungalow as energy efficient as possible whilst retaining the character of the property. The project has included ASHP, MVHR, triple glazing and external insulation with a timber frame kitchen extension. We are also updating the property to make it a comfortable home. It remains a work in progress with ongoing DIY labour of love to insulate and decorate.

Happy to share tips and details of experts, builders and installers to others interested in similar projects. Please advise how we arrange these?

No dogs, parking on the road nearby. Happy to do tea and coffee

The solar setup is pricipally used for charging two EV's. We also have had a grid tied PV system since 2011.
