Harcourt, Sidmouth Road

Complete retrofit/rebuild completed in 2023 to nearly Passivhaus. Insulated walls, floor and roof. Triple glazing throughout with UV film on West facing windows. Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) for underfloor heating, some radiators and for hot water. Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) throughout. 21 PV cells giving maximum of 8 kW feeding to 8.7 kWh battery and 7 kW EV charger. Independent sewage system. Utilities - water and electricity. Large garden with raised vegetable beds and re-wilding area being developed.
